We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

If you are not totally happy with what CLIQ's product can do for you and your active life, then any chair can be returned within 45 days of arrival for a refund minus a restocking fee.

We use Loop Returns to facilitate returns within the US. This makes returning a product super painless and easy. Your refund will be initiated as soon as your item is delivered back to us and inspected by our team.

Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty packages, reseller activity, or fraud)

If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange.

Important - Please know that:

• There is no fee for exchanges or store credits.
• Shipping charges are not refundable

For a successful refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued.
