Shipping Estimates
Orders generally ship same day or next business day. Once shipped, orders with Standard Shipping typically deliver in 3-5 business days, while orders with Expedited Shipping deliver in 2-3 business days. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details.
Alaska and Hawaii Orders. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to deliveries within the contiguous US.
Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary. Even with expedited shipping, please be aware that there may still be an extended transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

Possible Shipping Delays
Most of CLIQ's orders ship right on schedule.
However, weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order.
If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact support@cliqproducts.com and provide your order information.

Cancelling or modifying my order
Once an order has been placed and the items purchased are in stock, we will immediately begin the fulfillment process. Unfortunately, this means that in most cases, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This includes making changes to the delivery address or products selected.
To check if any change or cancellation is still possible you can contact us on live chat or at support@cliqproducts.com If the order is not being prepared yet, our team may be able to process the cancellation/change as you requested.
Lost in Transit Policy
We understand how important it is for your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's how we handle cases where an order is marked as delivered but you report it as not received.
Proof of Delivery
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (including GPS location and/or photo evidence where applicable), we consider the order delivered. However, we also recognize that exceptions can occur.
If Your Order is Marked as Delivered but You Didn’t Receive It:
1. Check Nearby Areas: Please check around your property (porch, garage, side door), with neighbors, or with your building’s mailroom or front desk. Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected places.
2. Wait 24 Hours: Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered slightly in advance. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before reporting it.
3. Contact us: If the package is still missing after 24 hours contact our customer service team at support@cliqproducts.com. We will ask you to confirm that the address provided at checkout was correct.
4. Carrier Investigation: We will open an investigation with the carrier. This process can take up to 7-10 business days. We’ll update you as soon as we hear back.
5. Resolution:
- If the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address with evidence, and no fault is found on their part, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
